As one of the only pool inspection companies in Los Angeles, we've performed literally thousands of swimming pool inspections. Although our clientele include pool builders, home owners and home inspectors, the majority of the inspections we perform, are for home buyers.While most home inspectors get their experience from a classroom, books or from an online course, they will typically perform only a basic or limited inspection and refer what they're not familiar with to a specialist.

We are licensed California swimming pool service and repair contractors. Our specific expertise is in pool service and repairs of all types. We still, however, remain an impartial inspection company, who unlike service/repair companies or pool builders, will not attempt to sell you on any repairs pertaining to issues or suggestions originating from the inspection.

We encourage our clients to walk with us through the inspection and we will discuss sanitization, pool maintenance, pool safety and educate our customers on the operation of their pool system.

Ventura Pool Inspection Services

Pool Inspections are provided by a California licensed Pool Service and Repair Contractor for a very reasonable fee. Swimming pool inspections include the pool systems and equipment which can be very complex and the person inspecting these items should be familiar with the different types that exist. Knowledge and experience with Mazza pool Inspections comes from previous ownership of a large swimming pool inspection, service and repair company. For each pool inspection, an extensive computer generated narrative report is provided with detailed observations of visible conditions and existing safety hazards. Over 25 individual components are inspected and digital photography is included in every swimming pool inspection report.

Ventura Pool Inspectors

Many home inspectors are not qualified to perform pool inspections, therefore, do not offer pool inspections with their home inspections. Some that do offer pool inspections are certified by taking a brief overview course. This is not nearly enough knowledge to perform an accurate pool evaluation and get paid to do so. Mazza Inspections is qualified to perform pool inspections as a result of actual experience with the different types of pools, spas and equipment. Our pool inspection covers a vast variety of mechanical and electrical components. A thorough pool inspection is provided by a licensed pool service and repair contractor.
