The electrical inspection is a visual inspection of the electrical panel and any accessible remote panels. A free infrared scan is taken of the panels to identify any possible hot spots. This inspection does not include testing of outlets and switches, however. If the buyer desires testing of each outlet and light switch, it can be done for an additional fee.
