5 Point Inspection - Plumbing

Includes inspection of the water heater, water fixtures, all accessible piping and use of infrared to scan for any suspected moisture or leaks.

All pipes are not visible as they can be underground or in walls. The water pressure is checked. Any visible supply lines, waste lines and gas pipes will be inspected. If leaks are suspected but not visible, an infrared scan will be taken of the area to better identify moisture within a confined area. Water fixtures are tested for operation.
