5 Point Inspection - Structural

Includes inspection of the Attic(s) and foundation(s).

Visible portions of framing in the attic, foundation (slab or raised foundations) are inspected. Many structural features such as framing are visible in the attic and in raised foundation areas. Slab foundations are visible around the perimeter of the home if not covered by soil, occupant’s belongings and other factors that may compromise the view.
