Mold

Many molds form naturally following a water damage situation. Certain molds and spores in high concentrations can cause adverse health effects if left untreated. Molds can multiply rapidly following exposure to water if not cleaned or dried quickly. Most molds are relatively harmless, however, the Stachybotrys, otherwise known as black mold, can be deadly when disturbed or improperly cleaned.

Mazza Inspections is certified for mold inspections, testing and remediation. We have been trained to identify mold visually, through the use of moisture meters, air humidity testers and thermography. Testing with surface and air samples via an independent laboratory for analysis is also available
